Proven
I have already shown that I know how to represent my constituents and get things done. Half of the bills that I introduced were bills requested by my constituents. I kept my campaign promises and I did what I said I would do.
Respected

Sen. John Valentine, Senate President

Gov. Jon Huntsman
Effective
This past session, I passed five meaningful bills. That is one less than all five freshman democrats combined. This is no small accomplishment. House Leaders asked me to speak to legislation when it looked like it might fail. Again, this is unusual that a freshman legislator would be asked to do this and is a compliment that leadership believed that my opinion would help sway the legislature.

My bills dealt with healthcare safety, to preventing drug dealers from profiting, to helping legal immigrants, to helping to stop the enslavement of young girls and illegal aliens. None of my bills raised taxes - three of my actions actually saved taxpayers money.
I remain committed to representing you with integrity and honor, and I remain passionate about freedom and the rights of parents.
I humbly ask for your vote on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
